Strawberry aims to further develop the best leaders in the Nordics through internal competence development.

Over the past year, Strawberry has actively invested in promoting internal talent through its comprehensive leadership program Unleash. The program has exceeded expectations and proven to be a successful model for competence development and leadership growth.

The program consists of three parts targeting different audiences - from leaders new to their roles focusing on developing their own leadership to more senior leaders focusing on developing their teams, to the most senior leaders where mentorship and development of others are fundamental. In total, it is estimated that 1000 people undergo Strawberry's leadership program every year.
