Voyado Targets Year of Growth, Starting with New Partnership with Luca Faloni
Voyado, the Swedish retail technology platform, enjoyed huge success and growth in 2023. It is forging ahead with plans to increase its customer base in 2024 and has already secured a new partnership with menswear brand Luca Faloni.
Luca Faloni is a vertically integrated menswear brand that was established in 2014. It focuses on superior craftsmanship and product longevity whilst delivering a true ‘Made in Italy’ proposition. The brand will be working with Voyado to focus on combining customer interactions and building customer loyalty. A key element of the partnership that Voyado will be delivering will be ensuring easy integration with the brand's existing point-of-sale system.

Voyado’s growth comes at a time when customers are pushing back on the overuse of tech and AI within their shopping experiences. Research conducted by Voyado found that only 4% of consumers have used a virtual try-on function and just 10% have used AI chatbots to support with questions about a product. The data suggests that retailers are being challenged more than ever to ensure they’re using the most effective channels to communicate with existing and potential customers.
