AMAC Aerospace recently completed a pre-purchase inspection of a Bombardier Challenger 604 at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland. A detailed report was provided to the aircraft buyer, and the aircraft changed owners.
In August, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed a Dassault Falcon 8X from a long term customer of the AMAC Aerospace Group of Companies. AMAC Aerospace already support this customer with base maintenance in Basel, Bodrum and Auch and now also with Dassault Falcon aircraft in Istanbul.
GAMIT Ltd (an AMAC Aerospace Company), based in Stansted, UK has been awarded a five year contract to digitize the technical records of European Cargo’s fleet using the aerospace industry leading software produced by GAMIT called ROAM (Records Online Asset Management) which is a digital records management solution.

Since the new capability was launched, over 20 maintenance projects have been successfully completed by the company, while their established production of airline equipment has continued.

AMAC Aerospace is proud to announce that we hold a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the installation of Halon-free fire extinguishers. This STC covers a multitude of aircraft types, ensuring customers can make a smooth and safe transition following the upcoming environmental regulations.
At the end of August, a maintenance project of a long term customer’s Boeing B737 was successfully accomplished. The aircraft underwent a 12-month base inspection, as well as due- and out-of-phase tasks. The cabin water system was modified, and the in-flight entertainment system was rectified.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have redelivered a Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy after maintenance at the Istanbul hangar. The aircraft was brought in because the rudder trim command was not working properly.
A new customer came to AMAC Aerospace in Basel, Switzerland, for maintenance inspections of their Airbus A320. The aircraft underwent a C check and 6-, 12-, and 60-month inspections.
In mid-August, two maintenance inputs were performed on a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy. The aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s hangar in Istanbul, where cleaning of the electropneumatic and pneumatic valves were undertaken, as well as overpressure tightness checks were performed.
AMAC Aerospace was happy to welcome back a long term customer’s Boeing B777 to the hangars in Basel, Switzerland. The aircraft was scheduled for an 1A inspection. During the inspection, AMAC Aerospace’s technicians found issues with the water system and rectified them.
During the summer time, AMAC Aerospace Turkey continued to support customers whose aircraft were grounded at holiday destinations. In mid-August, a long term customer contacted AMAC Aerospace Turkey from Dalaman, Turkey, because their Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy aircraft displayed a CAS message for the DEEC (Digital Electronic Engine Control).
At the end of August, AMAC Aerospace Switzerland received short-notice requests for AOG support from two new customers for their Gulfstream aircraft. AMAC Aerospace accepted both aircraft, which arrived at the Basel hangars.
A new customer of a US-registered aircraft contacted AMAC Aerospace Turkey for AOG support. Their Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy aircraft experienced an AGM (Advanced Graphic Module) failure while flying in the Turkey region and was positioned at AMAC Aerospace’s Istanbul facility for defect rectification.
JCB Aero opened its hangar doors to welcome an Airbus A319 in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent 6- and 36-month inspections, as well as out-of-phase tasks and minor modifications.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have redelivered a Bombardier Challenger 605 to a long term customer. The aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland, where the team performed a 48-month inspection. During its stay, the windshield was replaced.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, completed 200-400 flight hour routine inspections of the engines of a Dassault Falcon F2000. In parallel, routine 2-month inspections and APU filter replacement were performed.
A long term customer brought their Boeing B737 to AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland for maintenance. The privately owned aircraft underwent 1A, 2A, and 4A checks.
The customer was highly satisfied with the work, and has already planned to return in November.
