EPRA BPR Gold zum 9. Mal in Folge und EPRA sBPR Gold zum 8. Mal in Folge
Aroundtown wurde in diesem Jahr erneut mit den EPRA Awards für herausragende Transparenz in der Berichterstattung ausgezeichnet. Zum 9. Mal in Folge erhielt das Unternehmen EPRA BPR Gold und zum 8. Mal in Folge EPRA sBPR Gold. Diese wiederholten Spitzenbewertungen bestätigen Aroundtowns starkes Engagement für höchste Standards in der Finanz- und ESG-Berichterstattung.
Die „Best Practices Recommendations“ (BPR) – Gold für den Geschäftsbericht 2024 heben die vorbildliche Anwendung der von der European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) entwickelten Richtlinien hervor. Diese beinhalten alternative Leistungskennzahlen (APMs), die kontinuierlich an die Marktentwicklungen angepasst werden. Ziel ist es, die Finanzberichte börsennotierter Immobiliengesellschaften transparenter, vergleichbarer und für Investoren verständlicher zu machen. Für die diesjährigen Auszeichnungen hat die EPRA ihre Methodik überarbeitet und strengere Anforderungen für die Verleihung des Gold-Status eingeführt. Trotz dieser erhöhten Anforderungen konnte Aroundtown das höchste Auszeichnungsniveau beibehalten.
Die „Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations“ (sBPR) – Gold würdigen die Qualität und Transparenz von Aroundtowns ESG-Berichterstattung. Während die Zielsetzungen denen der BPR-Richtlinien ähneln, konzentrieren sich die sBPR auf ESG-bezogene Daten. Dies unterstreicht erneut Aroundtowns Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und unternehmerische Verantwortung im Immobiliensektor. Zusätzlich zum EPRA sBPR-Bericht veröffentlicht Aroundtown auch einen umfassenden nichtfinanziellen Bericht, der detaillierte Einblicke in die ESG-Strategie, Maßnahmen und Fortschritte des Unternehmens bietet.
Auch die Aroundtown-Tochter Grand City Properties (GCP) bestätigte ihre hohen Standards und wurde zum 9. Mal in Folge sowohl mit EPRA BPR Gold als auch mit EPRA sBPR Gold ausgezeichnet.

Aroundtown once again recognized for the highest transparency standards: EPRA BPR Gold for the 9th consecutive year and EPRA sBPR Gold for the 8th consecutive year
Aroundtown has once again been awarded with EPRA Awards for outstanding transparency in reporting this year. For the 9th consecutive year, the company received EPRA BPR Gold and for the 8th consecutive year EPRA sBPR Gold. These repeated top recognitions reaffirm Aroundtown’s strong commitment to the highest standards in financial and ESG reporting.
The “Best Practices Recommendations” (BPR) – Gold for the 2024 Annual Report highlight the exemplary application of the guidelines developed by the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). These guidelines include alternative performance measures (APMs), which are continuously adapted to market developments. Their aim is to make the financial reports of listed real estate companies more transparent, comparable, and easier for investors to understand. For this year’s awards EPRA updated its methodology, resulting in stricter requirements for obtaining the gold award. Despite these increased requirements, Aroundtown was able to maintain the highest award level.
The “Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations” (sBPR) – Gold acknowledge the quality and transparency of Aroundtown’s ESG reporting. While the objectives are similar to those of the BPR guidelines, the sBPR focus on ESG-related data. This once again underlines Aroundtown’s commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility in the real estate sector. In addition to its EPRA sBPR report, Aroundtown also publishes a comprehensive non-financial report, providing detailed insights into the company’s ESG strategy, actions, and progress.
Aroundtown’s subsidiary Grand City Properties (GCP) also confirmed its high standards and was awarded both EPRA BPR Gold and EPRA sBPR Gold for the 9th consecutive year.
