Aroundtown schließt langfristige Mietverträge für über 10 Jahre mit dem Bestandsmieter Core-Backbone GmbH, der auf einer Gesamtfläche von rund 1.500 m² Büro- sowie Gewerbeflächen für sein Rechenzentrum in der Nürnberger Deutschherrnstraße 15-19 verlängert und erweitert.

Das siebengeschossige Bürogebäude ist Teil des „Deutschherrn-Karree“ und ist ein modernes Büro- und Dienstleistungszentrum westlich der Nürnberger Altstadt, das in den letzten Jahren aufwendig modernisiert wurden. Die Räumlichkeiten zeichnen sich durch ihre Helligkeit, flexible Raumaufteilung und moderne Ausstattung aus. Aroundtown retains long-term tenant in Nuremberg

Aroundtown concludes long-term leases for over 10 years with existing tenant Core-Backbone GmbH, which is extending and expanding office and commercial space for its data center at Deutschherrnstrasse 15-19 in Nuremberg, covering a total area of around 1,500 sqm.

The seven-story office building is part of the "Deutschherrn-Karree", a modern office and service center west of Nuremberg's old town that has been extensively modernized in recent years. The premises are characterized by their brightness, flexible room layout and modern equipment. Thanks to its central location, the office property has easy access to public transportation and is only about 15 minutes from Nuremberg's main train station. It has direct access to the ring road and the highway. It is also close to the Pegnitzauen recreational area.

Core-Backbone GmbH is an established IT carrier headquartered in Germany. The company operates a global IT network on three continents.
