Aroundtown Foundation finanziert Feriencamp für Kinder in Nürnberg
Der Verein „Artio Nürnberg“ erhält finanzielle Unterstützung der Aroundtown Foundation für die Umsetzung eines Sportcamps in den Ferien. Die Unterstützung der Stiftung kommt gezielt bei rund 30 Kindern an, die so beim Feriencamp des Vereins mitmachen können und bei viel Sport Gemeinschaft erleben und die eigene Kraft in der Gruppe entdecken.

Vorsitzende des Vereins: „Es waren drei vollgepackte Tage, an denen die Kinder viele neue Erfahrungen, Erinnerungen und symbolisch ein Schutzschild mitnehmen konnten, das jedes Kind während des Camps für sich gestaltet hat. Vielen Dank an die Aroundtown Foundation, dass sie dieses Camp ermöglicht hat.“
Ziel des Vereins Artio ist es, Kindern und Jugendlichen, insbesondere Mädchen und Frauen, ein breites Angebot an sportlichen Aktivitäten zu bieten und dadurch Stärke und Selbstvertrauen zu vermitteln. In den regelmäßigen Feriencamps des Vereins können Kinder mit den unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen eben dies mitnehmen: spüren, welche Kraft sie haben, lernen sich durchzusetzen, sich gegenseitig zu ermutigen und auch Raum zu geben.

Aroundtown Foundation finances vacation camp for children in Nuremberg
The association "Artio Nuremberg" receives financial support from the Aroundtown Foundation for the implementation of a sports camp during vacations. The Foundation's support benefits around 30 children, who were able to take part in the association's vacation camp and experience community and discover their own strength in a group while doing lots of sports.
Julia Harms, 1st chairwoman of the association: "It was a packed three days, during which the children were able to take away many new experiences and memories, and symbolically a protective shield that each child created for themselves during the camp. Thank you to the Aroundtown Foundation for making this camp possible."
The goal of the Artio association is to offer children and young people, especially girls and women, a wide range of sports activities and to instill strength and self-confidence in them. In the association's regular summer camps, children from a wide variety of backgrounds can take away just that: feel what strength they have, learn to assert themselves, encourage each other and also give each other space.
