Aroundtown has achieved full letting for the Frankenstraße 150a-d and 152 office ensemble on the Frankencampus in Nuremberg. The existing tenant LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co. KG has expanded its space by an additional 900 m² and signed a further lease.
The long-term lease emphasizes the trust placed by both contractual partners. As a result, the tenant will continue to benefit from Aroundtown's comprehensive tenant service with personal contacts on site and an additional central 24/7 service center. The team is available to all commercial tenants - every day, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Aroundtown is the only commercial real estate company that offers such comprehensive tenant services to customers.
Frankencampus is a modern commercial and technology center in Nuremberg.
