Aroundtown extends lease with Heijmans and welcomes new tenant WeAreReasonablePeople in Adriaan Volkerhuis Rotterdam

Aroundtown recently extended its lease agreement with construction company Heijmans for approximately 3,500 sqm at the Adriaan Volkerhuis office building in Rotterdam. Aroundtown also welcomed a new tenant, WARP, for approximately 500 sqm.

The building, located at Oostmaaslaan 59-71 in Rotterdam, offers flexible office space with remarkable river views. Located near the A16 highway and next to the Van Brienenoord Bridge, Adriaan Volkerhuis offers easy access and comprises a total of approximately 17,600 sqm.

"Adriaan Volkerhuis” is located in the eastern part of central Rotterdam, surrounded by a green zone that stretches from the Kralingse Bos in the north to the Nieuwe Maas in the south. Other nearby attractions include the Excelsior Woudestein stadium and the Trompenburg botanical garden across the street.

The building is strategically located between two major transport routes: the east-west A20 and the north-south A16. More than 300 parking spaces are available on site. In addition, public transportation - such as buses and trams - runs on the main road north of the building, ensuring convenience for tenants.

Aroundtown heeft recentelijke haar huurovereenkomst met bouwbedrijf Heijmans van ca. 3.500 m² verlengd voor kantoorgebouw Adriaan Volkerhuis in Rotterdam.

Verder verwelkomde Aroundtown nieuwe huurder WARP voor ca. 500 m².

Het gebouw, gelegen in Rotterdam aan de Oostmaaslaan 59-71, biedt flexibele kantoorruimtes met een opmerkelijk uitzicht op de rivier. Gelegen nabij de A16 en naast de Van Brienenoordbrug, biedt "Adriaan Volkerhuis" gemakkelijke toegang en omvat in totaal ongeveer 17.600 m².

"Adriaan Volkerhuis" ligt in het oostelijke deel van het centrum van Rotterdam en wordt omgeven door een groene zone die zich uitstrekt van het Kralingse Bos in het noorden tot aan de Nieuwe Maas in het zuiden.
