Der „astropark“ in der Lyoner Str. 9 im renommierten Lyoner Quartier von Frankfurt-Niederrad hat einen weiteren Meilenstein erreicht: Die WiredScore Platinum Zertifizierung. Diese Zertifizierung steht für exzellente digitale Infrastruktur und Konnektivität in Immobilien.
WiredScore, das Bewertungssystem für digitale Infrastruktur und Konnektivität, bewertet Immobilien hinsichtlich ihrer Ausfallsicherheit, Nutzererlebnisses, Mobilfunkverfügbarkeit, Auswahloptionen für Konnektivität sowie Zukunftssicherheit. Ein WiredScore Platinum Status attestiert einem Gebäude höchste Standards in all diesen Kategorien.
Dieser jüngste Erfolg des astropark folgt kurz auf den Erhalt des BREEAM Zertifikats, einer international anerkannten Auszeichnung für nachhaltige Gebäude. Die BREEAM-Zertifizierung bewertet die Umweltauswirkungen von Gebäuden und hebt deren Engagement für grüne Baupraktiken und umweltfreundliche Betriebsstrategien hervor.

Highest building award for digital infrastructure, connectivity, and sustainability
The "astropark" located at Lyoner Str. 9 in the prestigious Lyoner Quarter of Frankfurt has achieved another milestone: The WiredScore Platinum Certification. This certification signifies outstanding digital infrastructure and connectivity in real estate.
WiredScore, the rating system for digital infrastructure and connectivity, assesses properties based on their reliability, user experience, mobile signal availability, connectivity choices, and future-proofing. A WiredScore Platinum status certifies a building's top standards in all of these categories.
This recent success of the astropark follows closely on the heels of receiving the BREEAM certificate, an internationally recognized award for sustainable buildings. The BREEAM certification evaluates the environmental impacts of buildings and underscores their commitment to green building practices and eco-friendly operational strategies.
