Zwei langfristige Mieter ziehen in den Frankfurter „Astropark“

Mit gleich zwei neuen Mietern auf rund 4.000 m² haben die Expert:innen von Aroundtown erfolgreich langfristige Mietverträge in der Lyoner Straße 9 in Frankfurt abgeschlossen. Der globale Logistikdienstleister BDP International GmbH verlegt seinen Frankfurter Standort mit einem langfristigen Mietvertrag in den Astropark. Auch der zweite Neumieter hat seinen Hauptsitz künftig im Astropark und gestaltet seine Büroflächen nach den eigenen Wünschen.

Der Astropark im Frankfurter Stadtteil Niederrad befindet sich unweit des südlichen Mainufers inmitten des belebten Lyoner Quartiers. Das Gebäude steht auf einem parkähnlichen Gelände und bietet neben einer markanten Architektur mit großen Glasflächen moderne Bürowelten. Das große sternförmige Bürogebäude ist zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt des Businessquartiers mit einer guten Anbindung an die Innenstadt sowie den Frankfurter Flughafen. Die neuen Mietverträge sind eine Fortsetzung der Vermietungserfolge im Letting und Asset Management bei Aroundtown. Im Objekt Campus Carreé in der Lyoner Straße 25, ebenfalls im Lyoner Quartier, verlängerte Universal Pictures International Germany GmbH langfristig seinen Mietvertrag um acht weitere Jahre auf über 1.150 m² Bürofläche. Das Büroobjekt Campus Carrée überzeugt unter anderem mit seiner modernen Architektur und attraktiven Außenfassade.

Two long-term tenants move into "Astropark" Frankfurt

Aroundtown's experts have successfully concluded long-term leases with two new tenants on approximately 4,000 sqm at Lyoner street 9 in Frankfurt. The global logistics service provider BDP International GmbH is relocating its Frankfurt site to Astropark with a long-term lease. The second new tenant will have its headquarters in Astropark in the future and is designing the office space according to its own wishes.

Astropark in Frankfurt's Niederrad district is located near the southern bank of the Main River in the middle of the lively Lyoner Quarter. The building is situated on park-like grounds and offers modern office worlds in addition to striking architecture with large glass surfaces. The large star-shaped office building is the central hub of the business quarter with good connections to the city center as well as Frankfurt Airport. The Lyoner Quarter is considered a high-demand location for national and international companies.

The new leases are a continuation of Aroundtown's leasing successes in Letting and Asset Management. In the Campus Carreé property at Lyoner street 25, also in the Lyoner Quarter, Universal Pictures International Germany GmbH extended its long-term lease for another eight years for more than 1,150 sqm of office space. Among other things, the Campus Carrée office property impresses with its modern architecture and attractive exterior façade.
