Full occupancy at Daltonlaan 300 in Utrecht: Aroundtown leases over 8,700 sqm of office space to FNV

Aroundtown has signed a new lease agreement for 8,727 sqm of office space at Dalton Office Park in Utrecht, bringing Daltonlaan 300 to full occupancy. The new tenant is FNV (Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging), the largest trade union in the Netherlands. The FNV represents the interests of employees, benefit recipients and pensioners in matters relating to work and income, is actively engaged in social and socio-political matters, and participates in local, regional and national political debates.

Aroundtown is planning a comprehensive refurbishment of the building at Daltonlaan 300 to improve its energy efficiency to an A+++ energy label and to enhance its sustainability standards by upgrading the existing BREEAM certification to “Very Good.”

Dalton Office Park comprises a total leasable area of approximately 31,000 sqm and consists of six individual office buildings, each with its own architectural character, arranged around a central water feature. The fully let property at Daltonlaan 300 is a modern office building with a distinctive and striking appearance. The office complex is strategically located in the eastern part of Utrecht, in close proximity to the Science Park, the University Medical Center, and major transport hubs. The location benefits from excellent transport connections and ample parking facilities, making it one of the city’s most sought-after office destinations.

Volledige bezetting aan de Daltonlaan 300 in Utrecht: Aroundtown verhuurt 8.700 m² kantoorruimte aan FNV

Aroundtown heeft een nieuwe langjarige huurovereenkomst getekend voor 8.727 m² kantoorruimte en 350 parkeerplaasten in het Dalton Office Park in Utrecht, waarmee Daltonlaan 300 volledig is verhuurd. De nieuwe huurder is FNV (Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging), de grootste vakbond van Nederland. De FNV komt op voor de belangen van werkenden, uitkeringsgerechtigden en gepensioneerden op het gebied van werk en inkomen, , zet zich in voor sociale en maatschappelijke kwesties en neemt deel aan politieke debatten op lokaal, regionaal en nationaal niveau.

Aroundtown zal het gebouw aan de Daltonlaan 300 grondig moderniseren, om de energie-efficiëntie te verhogen tot energielabel A+++ en de duurzaamheidsnorm te verbeteren door de bestaande BREEAM-certificering te verhogen naar “Very Good”.
