Aroundtown, one of Europe's largest listed real estate companies, has signed a new lease for the De Entrée II office building in south-east Amsterdam. Independent engineering and consulting firm Van Rossum Ingenieurs has leased approximately 1,000 sqm of office space in the multi-tenant building at De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam.

Van Rossum Ingenieurs is an independent engineering firm founded in 1953 that provides construction consulting services and supports construction projects in all phases. The company assists its clients with residential, non-residential and renovation projects.

De Entrée II, built in 2002, is an 18-storey office building with a BREEAM In-Use sustainability certificate and an A++ energy certificate. In addition, flexibly divisible floors allow the office space to be adapted to different usage requirements.

The property is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost, a dynamically growing business location with excellent transport links. The location is ideally connected to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA railway station, major motorways and Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport. Aroundtown, een van de grootste beursgenoteerde vastgoedbedrijven van Europa, heeft een nieuw huurcontract gesloten in het kantoorgebouw De Entrée II in Zuidoost-Amsterdam. Het onafhankelijke ingenieurs- en adviesbureau Van Rossum Ingenieurs heeft ongeveer 1.000 vierkante meter kantoorruimte gehuurd in het multi-tenantgebouw aan De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam.

Van Rossum Ingenieurs is een in 1953 opgericht, onafhankelijk ingenieursbureau voor constructief advies en begeleidt bouwprojecten in alle fasen. Het bedrijf ondersteunt woon-, niet-woon- en renovatieprojecten voor zijn klanten.
