Aroundtown is included in the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI)

Bloomberg announced that 484 companies are included in the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI). Aroundtown and its subsidiary GCP are included among these companies demonstrating their strong commitment to equality and diversity.

The Bloomberg GEI brings transparency to the gender-related policies and strategies of publicly traded companies. It recognizes companies with a strong commitment to gender equality in the workplace and promote diversity and inclusion. The leading index is based on five key areas: leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and external brand. The index highlights transparency and accountability in addressing these issues.

Aroundtown has been actively working to strengthen equality and diversity in the company for years. More than 50 nationalities are represented in the Group's workforce. Thus the company has over 50% female employees and 33% female representation in governance bodies. In addition to signing the Charta der Vielfalt (German Diversity Charter), the company's Diversity Committee promotes a diverse culture throughout the Group and all employees participate in diversity training.

Bloomberg verkündete die Aufnahme von 484 Unternehmen in den Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) 2023. Aroundtown und die Tochtergesellschaft GCP sind unter diesen Unternehmen, die ihr starkes Engagement für Gleichstellung und Vielfalt unter Beweis stellen.

Der Bloomberg GEI schafft Transparenz in Bezug auf die Gleichstellungspolitik und -strategien von börsennotierten Unternehmen. Er zeichnet Unternehmen aus, die sich stark für die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter am Arbeitsplatz einsetzen und Vielfalt und Integration fördern. Der führende Index basiert auf fünf Schlüsselbereichen: Führung und Talentförderung, Lohngleichheit und geschlechtsspezifische Lohngleichheit, integrative Kultur, Maßnahmen gegen sexuelle Belästigung und Außenwirkung.
