Die Firma Adapteo GmbH ist neuer Mieter in Neu-Isenburg bei Frankfurt auf zwei Etagen und einer Fläche von rund 2.000 qm. Der Mietvertrag wurde langfristig über einen Zeitraum von knapp 8 Jahren abgeschlossen und das Bürogebäude ist voll ausgelastet.
Das Bürogebäude befindet sich im Süden von Frankfurt am Main in der Hugenottenallee 167, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, mit guter Anbindung an die Frankfurter Innenstadt und den internationalen Flughafen und gehört zum Portfolio der TLG Immobilien AG (TLG).

TLG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown, achieves full occupancy for office building in Neu-Isenburg next to Frankfurt
The company Adapteo GmbH is the new tenant in Neu-Isenburg next to Frankfurt on two floors and an area of about 2,000 sqm. The lease agreement was concluded on a long-term basis for a period of close to 8 years and full occupancy of the office building has been achieved.
The office building is located in the south of Frankfurt/Main in Hugenottenallee 167, 63263 Neu-Isenburg providing good connectivity to Frankfurt’s city center and the international airport and is part of the TLG Immobilien AG (TLG) portfolio.
