French Menu Classique checks in at the Veranda

The Veranda takes guests back in time to classic French cuisine under the theme Menu Classique.

At the Veranda, guests can savour classic French culinary tradition on our Menu Classique, featuring dishes such as Sole Meunière, entrecote carved at the table, and flambéed Crêpes Suzette. This themed menu is served from October 16 to October 25.

“This is the fifth time we’re serving our French-inspired Menu Classique. There is great interest in French cuisine among our guests. Regardless of the current culinary trend, classic French dishes are always in demand. Indeed, the atmosphere at the Veranda, with part of the cooking done at the table, draws a lot of restaurant guests,” saysPia Djupmark, CEO, Grand Hôtel.
