Grand Hôtel Stockholm has entered into a partnership with Nordic Angels, the network that brings together the Nordic region’s most influential business angels. Mathias Dahlgren, the star chef behind acclaimed restaurants such as Matbaren and Rutabaga, is opening the doors on August 11 to a new dining concept – Seafood Gastro – at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. Grand Hôtel Stockholm is launching a new cocktail concept where France meets Sweden in a new and well-composed cocktail menu - "States of the Art". From October 5, the new cocktail menu will be served in the Cadier Bar, which is based on the era when the Grand Hôtel opened its doors. The new menu offers 19 tasty cocktails, some of which are non-alcoholic and a few classics remain.
