French Menu Classique takes over the Veranda
At the Veranda, dinner guests can enjoy classic
artisan dishes such as Sole Meunière, entrecote carved at the table and relax while the maître d’ flambées Crêpes
Suzette.
Our Menu Classique is served from October 17 to November 2.
“This is our fourth time serving a French-inspired Menu Classique. We’ve noticed that our guests appreciate having their food cooked in front of them at the table. One could say that this bygone culinary tradition is now making a comeback. Indeed, there’s something special about having Crêpes Suzette flambéed at the table, for example,” says Karl Persson, restaurant manager at the Veranda.
