Jessica Karlsson is the new hotel manager at Grand Hôtel

Grand Hôtel Stockholm has recruited Jessica Karlsson as the new hotel manager. Jessica has a long experience in leading roles in hotels and comes most recently from NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar where she worked as hotel director.

In her role, Jessica will be responsible for the business area hotels, which includes the internal teams in housekeeping, reception, concierge, doorman, florist department, and the store Grand Affections.

Jessica has previously worked as CEO of Aronsborg Konferenshotellet within Nordic Choice, as Congress Manager at Radisson Blu Waterfront Congress Centre, and between 2006 and 2010 she was Sales Manager at Grand Hôtel Stockholm.

"We are incredibly happy to welcome Jessica back to Grand Hôtel and now in the role of hotel manager. Jessica's solid experience from the hotel world, combined with her warm personality and strong drive, makes her an obvious choice for the job", says Pia Djupmark, CEO of Grand Hôtel Stockholm.

"I am so proud to be back at Sweden's premier luxury destination. Although the hotel has undergone major positive changes since I last worked here, it really feels like coming home. The artisanship, passion, and hospitality never leave this amazing building", says Jessica Karlsson.
