Shellfish at its very best

Our shellfish buffet includes lobster, oysters, crab and shrimp, with the seafood served in hot and cold interpretations created by our own chefs. As accompanying dishes, we will be serving shellfish salad with a citrus dressing, a selection of cheese, terrine of smoked almond potato, arctic char and soft whey cheese with Kalix roe, and more. All pair perfectly with our very own 1874 snaps or a glass of one of our select champagnes.

Table reservations open on June 17.

“Our shellfish buffet is very popular and table reservations fill up very quickly. This is a unique opportunity for shellfish lovers to enjoy as much shellfish as they like,” Karl Persson, restaurant manager at the Veranda.
