Blasieholmen in Stockholm is for many a natural destination for gastronomy, exclusive hotel experiences, and a scenic urban setting. On May 9, the public celebration Summer at Blasieholmen returns for its second year. First introduced in May 2025, the concept aims to establish Blasieholmen as a vibrant hub and natural meeting place in Stockholm during the summer months, appealing to everyone from food and beverage enthusiasts to families and music lovers.
Summer at Blasieholmen invites visitors to experience the very best of Grand Soleil, Grand Café, Mathias Dahlgren’s UTE and Lydmar Hotel in a summery format at accessible prices, with something for both the hungry and the thirsty guests. This year, Grand Soleil offers Aperol Spritz for 95 SEK, along with several non-alcoholic options. Grand Café welcomes both children and adults, with ice cream scoops for 5 SEK each, with coffee being included with any ice cream purchase. At Mathias Dahlgren’s UTE, which launched last spring, Chinese steamed buns are served for just 50 SEK each. Lydmar Hotel is a natural gathering point for music lovers. At its iconic outdoor terrace, guests can enjoy DJs and a New York-style sandwich for 95 SEK, set against the backdrop of the Royal Palace and the waterfront.
Together, it promises a day of great food, drinks, music, and a wonderful early summer atmosphere from afternoon into evening.
Summer at Blasieholmen takes place on May 9, 2026, between 15:00 and 18:00.
