The 2026 Freeride World Tour was never going to be straightforward. Two stops cancelled due to conditions, a replacement event that also never made it off the ground, and a compressed format where every single result counted more than ever. In that context, the HEAD team delivered a full season campaign: historic victories, brutal bad luck, runs that will stay in people's heads for a long time.
The HEAD Worldcup Rebels impressively put their stamp on their No. 1 position this season. With 9,720 points, HEAD clearly won the FIS ranking for ski manufacturers, leading both the men's and women's rankings. The HEAD team notched up a total of 79 podium finishes, including no fewer than 23 victories.

The 25-year-old Norwegian athlete keeps his nerve on Wednesday in the Slalom at Hafjell, the final race of the season, and clinches the Crystal Globe in this discipline by finishing eighth. In the Giant Slalom on Tuesday, Atle Lie McGrath finished third to stand on the podium once again.
Two HEAD Worldcup Rebels - Corinne Suter and Vincent Kriechmayr - round off the speed season with podiums in the Super-G events in Kvitfjell on Sunday. Both finish in second place. Laura Pirovano wins her first two World Cup victories in both Downhill events in Val di Fassa on Friday and Saturday to take the lead in the discipline ranking. On Friday, the 28-year-old Italian wins by one hundredth of a second in front of Emma Aicher, and on Saturday by one hundredth of a second ahead of Cornelia Hütter.
Two athletes who returned to the World Cup this season following injuries win a double victory for the HEAD Worldcup Rebels in the Downhill in Soldeu on Friday: Corinne Suter stands on top of the podium for the sixth time, Nina Ortlieb in second place, just missing her first Downhill victory eleven hundredths of a second behind her.
