    ​The grinding fineness is one of the factors that affect the flavour the most. But a method to measure the exact grinding fineness directly at coffee shops, restaurants and other locations has not been available. Until now. Today, the coffee roaster Löfbergs presents a unique measuring instrument to secure the good flavour, developed in cooperation with the machine specialist 3TEMP.

This autumn, Löfbergs is starting to phase out fossil plastics to replace it with a plant-based alternative, green polyethylene.

The award rewards a person that through competent leadership has contributed to successful sustainability work in its organization and/or society in general. Lars was also a finalist in 2013 and 2015.

    Instruments that guide in the right direction are needed to create the prerequisites for better climate work in Europe. That is why Löfbergs together with 18 other companies have signed a letter to the Ministers of Energy in the European Union regarding updating and tightening the EU’s climate change strategy and targets.
