Mynewsdesk Grows 30% as More PR Teams Consolidate Their Workflows Into a Single Platform

Mynewsdesk is accelerating into 2026 with a strong start to the year. During the first quarter, the company increased its number of new customers by 30% compared to the same period last year. The growth follows a strategic shift over the past year toward a unified platform and a market-leading media monitoring solution.

Over the past year, Mynewsdesk has made significant progress in product development. Having long been at the forefront of new technology and AI adoption, the company has been able to adapt quickly to changing market demands. Rather than being viewed as a standalone tool, Mynewsdesk is now positioned as a platform for the entire PR workflow, bringing together everything from distribution and media monitoring to analytics in one place.

The timing of this strategy is supported by a survey conducted by Mynewsdesk in autumn 2025, which included more than 900 respondents across the company’s core markets: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. The survey found that the ability to combine distribution, media monitoring, and analytics within a single tool was ranked as the most important factor when selecting a PR solution.

Several initiatives have contributed to the company’s growth. One example is the launch of the Essential offering earlier this spring, designed to make the platform more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses with tighter budgets. The platform’s monitoring capabilities have also expanded to include audio and video media, as well as podcasts and social media. In addition, Mynewsdesk has improved source coverage across several Nordic markets, including expanded monitoring of premium paywalled media sources in Denmark.

Several new launches and product updates are planned for the remainder of the year, all aligned with the evolving needs and trends identified by both existing and new customers.
