Press release -

Social Media World Forum Asia: A Chance for Mynewsdesk to Shine

Mynewsdesk, the News Exchange Site, is getting into its stride in Asia. On 1-2 September, Mynewsdesk will participate in its second major event of the region, after having successfully exhibited at ad:tech Asia, and will now take part in Social Media World Forum in Singapore. Social Media World Forum Asia is an important event for companies that work extensively with social and digital media.

Mynewsdesk is a digital PR service provider. Using social media newsrooms on Mynewsdesk, companies can share news releases, press information, and other material, directly with their target audience, whether journalists, bloggers or other influencers.

Social Media World Forum Asia is a two-day event at Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore. Participants can attend workshops and panel discussions, as well as visit the large exhibition hall where innovators within social and digital media and marketing will exhibit their services and offer a networking opportunity like no other. A highly impressive group of keynote speakers have been lined up for the event, including Claire Diaz Ortiz from Twitter, Arvind Rajan from LinkedIn, and Robbie Hills from Google Asia.

– I’m very excited to introduce potential clients, partners, and new users from all over Asia to our digital PR service, says Robin Lim, Sales Manager for Mynewsdesk Singapore. Mynewsdesk will have its own stand where we will exhibit our social media newsroom, along with our other products, that we believe will help PR pros and communicators streamline their work.

Mynewsdesk strives to make activities within digital PR, social media, and networking simpler and more effective. We aim to bridge the gaps between companies, the media, and their clients – and it seems the market in Singapore is starting to take notice of this mission.

– Social Media World Forum is a vital meeting place for people who are at the forefront of digital media, PR, and marketing. Our digital PR service and social media newsrooms are unique in Asia. Therefore, it will be fascinating to determine how our services will be perceived by the local market. Most importantly, we want to know how we can help companies and PR pros spread their message in this new media landscape, says Charlotte Ulvros, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Mynewsdesk.

Mynewsdesk has already participated at Social Media World Forum Europe, held in London. It was the first step into the all-important UK market. Now we hope for an equally inspiring two days at Social Media World Forum Asia.
