Fixturlaser Bore Fixture!

Fixturlaser fixture kit, Bore Fixture ø290-620mm are available for full and half bore measurements with the Fixturlaser NXA Geometry package.

Easy to setup!

Step 1
Assemble the Fixturlaser receiver with the rotationnal centre Bore Fixture ø290-620mm in its case Fixturlaser Bore Fixture

Step 2
Measure the bore diameter and select fixture If necessary change the rotation unit to the selected fixture.

Step 3
Adjust the length of the legs to the bore diameter The receiver will now be positioned in the centre of the bore

Step 4

Place the fixture in the bore and press the spring loaded leg upwards. Make sure that everything is locked, tight and
resting in all contact points.

Step 5
1- Release the probe and adjust the position of the spring loaded receiver fixture to the centre. Use the marked line.
2- Lock the probe and make sure that the locking mechanism is tightened.

Step 6

During measurement, lift gently when you change position of the probe. Avoid movement of the fixture to archive
accurate result.

The complete set up with the additional fixture for laser transmitter!!
