The winner of Children’s Climate Prize 2021, Reshma Kosaraju with her project AI Against Forest Fires, will be participating in HEART 17's Creative Tech Talk. January 31st 17:00 CET, Reshma will talk about how she has used tech as an accelerator for change, together with an interesting panel of innovators, creators and artists.

The search for young people who make extraordinary efforts for the climate and the environment continues. The Children’s Climate Prize is awarded to entrepreneurs, innovators, changemakers and conservators around the world. Nominations will be accepted until May 15th 2022.

The third finalist is Reshma Kosaraju, a 15 year-old from Saratoga, California, USA. In her project, AI against forest fires, Reshma uses AI technology to predict which areas can be affected by forest fires. The jury sees a young entrepreneur with solid research who is attempting to tackle a highly relevant subject such as forest fires, and find modern solutions.
