How Estate Logs implemented a property and purchased property maintenance in 7 days

A new client reached out to Estate Logs when acquiring a new property of 6 565 sqm, asking us to manage the purchase of the property maintenance and implement the property into our platform. The client would take over the property in 7 days.

Estate Logs provided tendering documents for the property as well as contacted 3 different contractors. We presented the different offers to the client, who signed a contract with the contractor they preferred. During the tendering process, our team implemented the property and trained 8 people in the Estate Logs platform.
