Introducing Björn Lindgren; The founder of Estate Logs

Estate Logs operates in over 19 cities across the Nordic Countries and we have reduced our client’s costs by up to 76%. Every company has a story and ours began in 2016 in Boden - a bustling military town in the far north of Sweden. Björn Lindgren has spent decades perfecting his craft in these harsh arctic climates, where precision and efficiency are requirements and mistakes costly. He saw an opportunity in the property industry to develop a product that could take the lessons he has learned and apply them to properties all around the world.

What is Björn Lindgren’s professional background?
While establishing Estate Logs, Björn Lindgren brought with him 30 years of experience as a property manager and 20 years as property owner. He has worked as a district property manager for Telia and CEO of a municipal residential property company, among others. Björn’s background has given us a strong foundation to build the company on and gives Estate Logs great insight to the property maintenance market.

What unseen opportunities did Björn see within the real estate industry that results in Estate Logs success?
Property owners have little to no control of the properties information. No one had the exact answer of what had been (and had not been) completed in the properties. Thus, Björn wanted to create transparency within the properties. He wanted the information about tasks and issues that would occur in the properties to reach the decision makers.

Estate Logs combines 30 years of experience with modern technology and programming. The present technical conditions allow all of the information related to the property to get stored in the cloud and to always be accessible. Estate Logs allows transparency between the property owners, property managers and property caretakers.

With Estate Logs data-driven technology, we believe property owners will go from having in-house property maintenance to outsourcing it. This will lead to lower costs for the property owner as well as making the management of their properties easier. Furthermore, with the increasing data that is being entered into Estate Logs, we can bring a more efficient and sustainable management into the industry
