Sustainability Stand Returns to Formex

For the third time, the Sustainability Stand will welcome visitors to Formex. This edition of the stand is located next to Design Talents in Hall A and spans 115 square metres, featuring 17 exhibitors united by a strong commitment to sustainability.

The Sustainability Stand is designed as a helpful guide for buyers, interior designers, stylists, influencers and media representatives actively seeking sustainable products and brands. As in previous years, the stand has been created and curated by IMMA (Malin Jensen, Maria Lagerman and Maria Soxbo).

"We're delighted to bring the stand back, this time in an even better location in Hall A. There has been strong interest from companies wanting the opportunity to showcase their products in a sustainability context, which clearly demonstrates that this initiative is appreciated and valued," says Maria Soxbo.

The Sustainability Stand showcases a wide range of companies and products, from Swedish-made popcorn and natural deodorants to glass craftsmanship, beverages, zero-waste products, interior accessories and yarns. As with previous editions, some exhibitors will have staff present at the stand, while QR codes will enable visitors to place orders with unmanned exhibitors as well.

Sustainability is the common thread running throughout the entire Sustainability Stand, including its interior design. The stand is furnished using repurposed display podiums from previous trade fairs, while all walls, furniture and carpets have been rented.

"We hope that the stand itself can serve as inspiration for other exhibitors and retailers, demonstrating that it is entirely possible to create an attractive exhibition environment without relying on newly produced materials," says Malin Jensen.
