Trend Forecast and Robot Launch at TNG’s annual event

On May 14-17 TNG is hosting the popular annual trend event in Örebro, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm. This is the fourth year presenting the trend forecast and there are many reasons to celebrate. TNG is celebrating 15 years of unbiased recruitment and the newest recruiter colleague, Tengai Unbiased, is presented at the event.

This years’ theme is “Unbiased Recruitment 2020: Human and Beyond” and TNG is providing breakfast while participants listen to the trend forecast seminar. Attending this event is free and will give participants valuable insight into the future of HR-tech and how AI will change the way candidates, managers, and recruiters approach the hiring process.

ADA Digital, TNG’s affiliate, will be co-hosting the events in Stockholm.

Meet the first interview robot in the world: Tengai

TNG has developed Tengai Unbiased in collaboration with Furhat Robotics and the new product will be pre-launched during the trend events. The robot is programmed with a diversity and Inclusion software and is developed to help hiring managers make more informed and better data-driven hiring decisions by providing structured data.

Event Agenda:

  • Unbiased trend forecast 2020 – soft skills, diversity disrupt, AI, employee experience.
  • Job interview for the next generation – meet Tengai!
  • How can a robot feel human and learn to interview?

Attend the event and meet Tengai in person during the Meet & Greet before and after the presentation. Elin Öberg Mårtenzon, Chief Innovation Officer at TNG, will talk about how Tengai is challenging the traditional job interview by making it unbiased. There will also be a demonstration showing how an interview with Tengai actually would look like. Robot trainer Sinisa Strbac will also be there to answer questions and talk about what the team learned while programming the social interview robot.
