Aroundtown has achieved a significant letting success with over 5,500 m²: The space in the modern "tricubes" office complex at Wilhelm-Fay-Strasse 30-34 in Frankfurt-Sossenheim has been let to a financial services provider on a long-term lease. The lease extends over a period of at least 10 years. The signing of this lease underlines Aroundtown's strength and reliability as a real estate provider. The tenant was advised by CBRE, the world's largest real estate service provider, while the Investor & Asset Advisory department at BNP Paribas Real Estate supported the landlord in the letting process. Aroundtown is one of the largest real estate groups in Europe and is listed on the M-Dax. "tricubes" has been BREEAM-certified as a green building since 2023.

The "tricubes" building complex, consisting of three building sections, is located in the west of the financial metropolis of Frankfurt and close to the border with Eschborn. The property impresses with its modern architecture and first-class location.
