Successful transformation to multi-tenant office building in Rotterdam

Aroundtown’s Lichtenauerlaan 102-120 now fully let

The office building Lichtenauerlaan 102-120 in Rotterdam successfully signed several new tenants for a total of 1.800 sqm: IT service provider Arcus IT, the Recruiter Maandag, the real estate developer NovaForm as well also the insurance company VMD Koster signed long-term lease contracts for office space.

The asset has successfully completed the transformation from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant office building and is now fully let on a long-term basis.

The 6-storey building constructed in 2000 is a totally renovated with private closed parking located in the representative office park Rotterdam Brainpark II. The building has been awarded with the BREEAM In Use sustainability certificate - one of the leading certificates for sustainable buildings.

The modern office district is characterized by a park-like setting in which several architecture-balanced office buildings are located and is centrally located with the nearby city highway and is close to Erasmus University. The local infrastructure includes extensive shopping areas and fast arterial roads to other cities, major sporting venues including the home of Feyenoord and Excelsior football clubs, and Ahoy, an arena for large-scale events including conferences, exhibitions and shows.

Het kantoorgebouw Lichtenauerlaan 102-120 in Rotterdam heeft met succes diverse nieuwe huurders voor in totaal 1.800 m² gecontracteerd: IT-dienstverlener Arcus IT, Recruiter Maandag, vastgoedontwikkelaar NovaForm en ook verzekeraar VMD Koster tekenden langjarige huurcontracten voor kantoorruimte.

Daarmee is het gebouw nu volledig verhuurd. Het object heeft de transformatie van een single-tenant naar een multi-tenant kantoorgebouw succesvol afgerond.
