Aroundtown fully leases Adammium office building with arrival of 5th Co-Office location

Aroundtown and full-service office provider Co-Office have agreed on a long-term lease for approximately 1,700 sqm on the top three floors of the Adammium building at Joop Geesinkweg 201-224 in Amsterdam. With this latest agreement, the building is fully leased.

Adammium has a total area of approximately 8,600 sqm, divided into 11 easily subdivided floors and a diverse tenant base. The industrial look of the floors, characterized by high acoustic ceilings and modern furnishings, provides an inspiring working environment. The top floor is the social heart of the building, equipped with a restaurant and skybar facilities, combined with a wide and dynamic view of Amsterdam and the A10.

Adammium is strategically located next to the Amstel Business Park and Bajes Kwartier, and benefits from its proximity to the A10 ring road, making it an ideal base in terms of accessibility for clients and employees.
