Existing tenant extends lease in Erasmusstaete Rotterdam

Aroundtown renews the lease with its tenant Vastgoed PG in the Erasmusstaete office complex on Max Euwelaan 60-80 in Rotterdam. The tenant will remain with office space of 5,750 sqm for a further 7 years and will be provided with 150 parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

The Erasmusstaete recently has been awarded with the BREEAM In Use sustainability certificate - one of the leading certifications for sustainable buildings. The 5-storey building is a multi tenant office building with a total area of 9,000 sqm.

The office building Erasmusstaete is located at the office park Brainpark I. This is a prestigious and one of the most dynamic locations of Rotterdam. The office park is characterized by pleasant green park-like surroundings. There is a sports center and the stadium of the Rotterdam football club Feyenoord close by. The Erasmus University is also in the neighbourhood. Thus it is easily accessible due to its location next to the A16 freeway and bus and metro station Kralingse Zoom.

Bestaande huurder verlengt huur in Erasmusstaete Rotterdam

Aroundtown verlengt de huurovereenkomst met haar huurder Vastgoed PG in het kantorencomplex Erasmusstaete aan de Max Euwelaan 60-80 in Rotterdam. De huurder blijft voor nog eens 7 jaar beschikken over 5.750 m² kantoorruimte en krijgt de beschikking over 150 parkeerplaatsen in de ondergrondse parkeergarage.

De Erasmusstaete is onlangs bekroond met het BREEAM In Use duurzaamheidscertificaat - een van de toonaangevende certificeringen voor duurzame gebouwen. Het 5 verdiepingen tellende gebouw is een kantoorgebouw met meerdere huurders en een totale oppervlakte van 9.000 m².

Het kantoorgebouw Erasmusstaete is gelegen op het kantorenpark Brainpark I. Dit is een prestigieuze en één van de meest dynamische locaties van Rotterdam. Het kantorenpark kenmerkt zich door een aangename groene parkachtige omgeving. Er is een sportcentrum en het stadion van de Rotterdamse voetbalclub Feyenoord in de buurt. Letting success for Aroundtown in Amsterdam: Office building "Sevensixty" fully let for long term

Aroundtown concludes another letting success with the long-term extension of the lease with a tenant for 1,566 sqm and 33 parking spaces.
