Aroundtown has signed two long-term leases with Bergman Clinics for 1,500 sqm and Mentaalbeter B.V. for 700 sqm.

With the arrival of these two new tenants, the office building at Hogehilweg 21 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost is now fully leased.

Hogehilweg is a state-of-the-art office building with a total area of 9,200 sqm spread over 6 floors. The building is equipped with a company restaurant and on-site parking. The building has achieved the green BREEAM In Use certification, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

The office building is located in the Bullewijk office district in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, a short walk from the Johan Cruijff Arena, the Ziggo Dome and the AMC University Hospital.

The property has excellent access to public transportation, being located opposite the Bullewijk metro station and within walking distance of the Bijlmer Arena NS station. The proximity to the A2 highway provides quick access to the rest of Amsterdam. In addition, the Johan Cruyff ArenA and De Amsterdamse Poort shopping center are within walking distance.

Aroundtown heeft twee langjarige huurovereenkomsten gesloten met respectievelijk Bergman Clinics voor 1.500 m², alsmede Mentaalbeter B.V. voor 700 m².

Met de komst van deze twee nieuwe huurders is het kantoorgebouw gelegen aan de Hogehilweg 21 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost nu volledig verhuurd.

De Hogehilweg is een state-of-the-art kantoorgebouw met een totale oppervlakte van 9.200 m² verdeeld over 6 verdiepingen. Het gebouw beschikt over een bedrijfsrestaurant en parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein. Het gebouw heeft de groene BREEAM In Use-certificering behaald, waarmee de toewijding aan duurzaamheid en energie-efficiëntie wordt aangetoond.
