Love at First Sight
Fords Gin, passion fruit, rose, white chocolate, red wine

Eyes meet and linger, movements pause, the world around fades away. Love at First Sight captures the instant when everything else disappears – a frothy, seductive cocktail of passion fruit, rose, and white chocolate meeting a deep tone of red wine. A sensual composition filled with aphrodisiacs, made to be sipped slowly – and never put down.

Sunkissed
Rémy Martin Cognac, browned butter sorbet, Champagne, chestnut

The first sun that warms after a long winter. Light reflecting in the glasses, the scent of browned butter mingling with fresh air and conversation. Sunkissed interprets the moment when spring’s first warmth touches the skin. Cognac meets a smooth browned butter sorbet, served in a hand-blown bowl from Ulven outside Uppsala, topped with Champagne before the guest at serving. An elegant balance of rich sweetness, bright acidity, and the sparkling promise of summer.

Have We Met?
Haku Vodka, Umepon, Vetiver Gris, koji rice, plum

A passing glance. A face you recognize but can’t quite place. That brief, uncertain moment between recognition and doubt. Have We Met? explores the feeling of déjà vu with a subtle balance of sweetness and acidity – Japanese vodka, koji rice, Umepon, and Vetiver Gris, rounded off with plum. At the bottom of the glass awaits one last surprise: portraits of familiar Swedish figures – how many do you recognize?

The Icebreaker
The Macallan 12-Year-Old Whisky, berries from the Arctic Circle

Being new to a group. The hesitant beginning, the first laugh that breaks the ice and makes everything fall into place. The Icebreaker is an experience in itself – served inside a solid block of ice that the guest breaks open with a small hammer to reveal the drink. The flavor is full and fruity, with elegant notes of Scotch whisky and wild northern berries.

The Firm Handshake
Takamaka Rum, banana, cherry, lime

The firm handshake that seals an understanding. The Firm Handshake is a powerful yet balanced cocktail built on rum and ripe fruit, where banana and cherry meet lime in elegant contrast. Layered vertically in the glass – two worlds side by side – slowly merging into one agreement.

Skål!
Roku Gin, Grand Akvavit, fennel, sage, goat butter, chives

The sound of clinking glasses, voices rising in laughter. Skål! captures the anticipation and camaraderie at the start of a night that promises to be something special. Roku Gin meets Grand Hôtel’s own Akvavit, fennel, sage, goat butter, and chives in a rich, aromatic combination. Served in a carafe with the glass as its lid – the guest lifts, pours, and begins the evening with a toast.

May I Have This Dance?
Ocho Tequila, IPA, mango, lime, tamarind, cucumber salt, Scotch Bonnet

A moment’s hesitation before you rise. One step forward, a smile forming. May I Have This Dance? is lively, tangy, and with a hint of heat, moving in rhythm with the highball glass designed by Anni Cernea. A flirtatious dance between tamarind, mango, salt, lime, and chili.

Centre of Attention
Hennessy VS Cognac, apricot, sesame seed, tarragon

Today’s the day. Eyes turn toward you, a murmur of voices and applause. Centre of Attention is a cocktail for the moment when all focus is on you – a dark yet refreshing highball of cognac, apricot, sesame, and tarragon. An elegant balance of strength and finesse.

Service!
Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Wasabi Bitters, butternut squash, lavender

The buzz of the bar quiets for a moment. The aroma spreads before the glass even appears. Service! celebrates the magic of presentation – that instant when the cloche is lifted and every gaze turns in the same direction. A cocktail of Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Wasabi Bitters, butternut squash, and lavender, served with a matching canapé under the dome. A staged moment where flavor and presentation become one.

Tears at the Airport
Diplomático Rum, cacao fruit, two kinds of chocolate, salt

A final word, a final glance. The doors close, and suddenly silence is all that remains. Tears at the Airport captures the contrast between what was and what no longer is – where chocolate, rum, and sea salt meet in a complex, deeply human taste experience. As a final gesture, drops of saltwater – matching the salinity of real tears – are dripped into the drink in front of the guest.

Summer Fling
Belvedere Vodka, apple distillate, rhubarb, pepper perfume

Summer is short, yet endless in this very moment. Laughter on a cliffside, warmth on your skin, and a feeling that time stands still. Summer Fling captures the fleeting spark of summer love – effervescent and light, with vodka, rhubarb, and apple distillate. At serving, the experience is completed with a spray of pepper perfume over the glass – like the scent of a summer evening you’ll never forget.

The Subtle Nod
Maker’s Mark Bourbon, mandarin, coffee, oat

A glance is enough. A brief, almost imperceptible sign of understanding. The Subtle Nod is a conversation without words – a subtle nod to a classic espresso martini, built on bourbon, coffee, and mandarin. Creamy and complex, served in a glass that can “nod” slightly toward the guest in a quiet gesture of acknowledgment.

Non-Alcoholic Alternatives

Postcard from the Riviera
Amaro Lucano Non-Alcoholic, lemon, orange, vanilla, almond, tonic

An afternoon at an Italian café on the Amalfi Coast. The sun is heavy, you’ve found shade, an espresso cools on the table. Postcard from the Riviera is a fresh, alcohol-free highball that evokes Southern Italian summer days – a blend of Swedish and Italian flavors with Amaro, lemon, orange, and almond, rounded off with smooth vanilla and tonic.

Random Act of Kindness
Green apple, grape, sea buckthorn, rooibos, honey, orange blossom

A kind gesture when it’s needed most. Random Act of Kindness is a bright, uplifting alcohol-free cocktail celebrating care in its simplest form. Green apples and grapes meet rooibos and honey in a crisp balance. The finishing flavor arrives unexpectedly – a small surprise, a quiet act of kindness.

The Selfie
Cucumber, miso, roasted lemon, mint, black pepper

A moment you want to keep. A reunion, a meeting, a laugh. The Selfie is fresh, modern, and slightly playful – an alcohol-free cocktail with cucumber, roasted lemon, mint, black pepper, and miso. Inspired by the iconic Oscars selfie of 2014, capturing the spirit of the moment and making the trend immortal.
