Grand Hôtel installs new hybrid event studio
The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm is establishing a permanent hybrid event studio in the hotel’s Stockholm conference and event auditorium, featuring world-class, state-of-the-art technology. Done in collaboration with the company Informationsteknik, the initiative is particularly timely given that the demand and requirements for virtual meetings and hybrid event solutions are ever-increasing. The studio will make it possible to create a wide variety of content for meeting attendees, whether they are in the room or participating remotely.
The hybrid event studio can be adapted and tailored to the needs of each specific meeting or occasion. The technical equipment makes it possible to create high-tech events, where participants can be in the room in person, take part via a web link – or both at the same time. The equipment, which is the best in each respective category, consists of several integrated LCD screens, wireless microphone systems, projection technology, remote-controlled cameras, audio and image streaming, and adjustable background and decorative lighting, supported by onsite technicians. The Stockholm conference room has 215 seats, with private adjoining lounge areas perfect for networking breaks and exhibitions. Everything can be easily adapted to current restrictions and recommendations.
