Press release -

Hedin Performance Cars named one of Norway's best workplaces in 2022

In October, the Norwegian Porsche dealer group, Hedin Performance Cars, was certified by Great Place To Work® for the fifth consecutive time. To become a certified company, 7 out of 10 employees must agree that their workplace is consistently positive according to a global standard assessing credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Today, Hedin Performance Cars received further recognition of their excellent working environment when Great Place to Work ® named the company one of Norway's Best Workplaces™.

- In Hedin Performance Cars, we have a clear and outspoken focus on people and culture. I am humble, proud and incredibly happy that we now haver further evidence of our progress in the area. We work tirelessly to develop our working culture, knowing that a good working environment is our single most important success criteria. We are dependent on satisfied employees to create excellent customer experiences. We are fortunate in that we represent the very best that our industry has to offer. As a consequence, we are committed to delivering customer satisfaction and the highest technical knowledge at all times. First and only car dealers among Norway's best workplaces

This is the 19th year in a row that Great Place to Work has named Norway's best workplaces. The Best Workplaces list are curated using analysis of employees' confidential responses to the world's largest employee survey, the Trust Index™, and Great Place to Work's assessment of the organisation's processes and culture for creating an environment that attracts and retains talent. Hedin Performance Cars (Porsche) was ranked #13 in the category for companies with 50-199 employees. Its sister company Bavaria (BMW and MINI) captured a ninth place in the category for 200 - 499 employees. Hedin Performance Cars and Bavaria are thus the first and only car dealers to boast a position on the lists of Norway's best workplaces.

- The companies on the lists of Norway's best workplaces are characterized by management who focus on employees and culture as an important strategy for success. In Great Place to Work, we have had to fortune to work with Hedin Performance Cars over time. Being recognized among Norway's best workplaces in 2022 is a result of the company's unwavering focus on putting people first. Building culture is the management's most important task, commented CEO of Great Place to Work Norway, Jannik Krohn Falck, about the award.

According to Great Place to Work there is a clear connection between financial results and the work environment.

- Companies investing in management and culture get paid in customer loyalty, increased profitability and competitiveness. There is little doubt that  more and more leaders and companies in Norway are recognising that there's a clear correlation between the working environment and the bottom line. No one invests in creating a good working environment just to be fair. Culture is a strategy used by the best companies to achieve the organization's goals, says CEO Jannik Krohn Falck in Great Place to Work Norway.

Room for development

- Being named as one of Norway's best workplaces is a great achievement, which we will celebrate. Above all, the award is the merit of our skilled employees in Porsche Center Stavanger, Porsche Center Kristiansand and Porsche Center Son. Although there is a lot to be proud of, we aim even higher. We extend our congratulations to our sister company Bavaria with a top ten-ranking. Now we are inspired to work even harder in Hedin Performance Cars with a clear goal; we will be Norways Best Workplace, Magnusson concludes with a smile.
