    Kappahl Group and Arkivet Second Hand have signed an agreement under which Kappahl Group acquires a majority stake in Arkivet.     Kappahl Group has appointed Esko Österbacka as its new Chief Financial Officer. Esko Österbacka brings more than 25 years of experience in finance across a range of industries. He most recently served as CFO at Nordic Garden Group, which includes Blomsterlandet and Plantehallen. He will assume the position no later than the turn of the year 2026/2027.
