Jonas Sjögren Appointed New CEO of Primus-Silva

Richard Jägrud, who has served as CEO for the past seven years, has decided to leave the company and take on new career challenges. Silva Sweden AB has acquired 100% of the shares in Primus AB from Fenix Outdoor AB. The closing of the deal took place today on April 28, 2023.
