Nordic Organic Expo’s line-up of industry experts 2025
This fall, Nordic Organic Expo 2025 returns with a roster of renowned speakers from across the organic, sustainability and natural landscapes. Taking place from November 19-20 at Malmömässan, this year’s event brings together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators and advocates under one roof to shape the future of sustainability in the Nordic region and beyond.
Renowned for sparking dialogue and collaboration across the organic value chain, Nordic Organic Expo is a key platform for progress in the Nordic region. This year’s sessions will be moderated by Lisa Lemke – chef and a respected voice in sustainable living - who will guide attendees through panels and keynote discussions spanning consumer demands, trend insights and organic growth models.
Lisa Lemke
An innovative chef, food creator and sustainability advocate, Lisa Lemke brings her characteristic warmth and sharp insight as the moderator of Nordic Organic Expo 2025. Known for her engaging presence and passion for organic food systems, she will steer the event’s conversations with thoughtfulness and clarity.
Gustav Johansson
Gustav Johansson is the founder of Jävligt Gott - Sweden’s largest vegan food blog. He is a cookbook author, speaker and entrepreneur dedicated to making plant-based food accessible, delicious and inspiring for everyone. Through his recipes, partnerships and advocacy, he has become one of the most influential voices in sustainable food in Sweden.
Rasmus Prehn
Rasmus Prehn has been CEO of Organic Denmark since March 2025. He also served in the Danish Parliament (2005-2025) for the Social Democrats - as both Minister for Development Cooperation and Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
Emma Rung
Emma Rung is the CEO of KRAV. She has previously served as State Secretary in the Swedish Government and Acting Secretary General at Fairtrade Sweden. Her background includes leading the Social Entrepreneurship Forum and working with sustainability at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce.
Aura Lamminparras
Aura Lamminparras is Executive Director of the Finnish Organic Food Association, with expertise in sustainable food chains and organic food. She leads an umbrella organization uniting farmers, food companies and retailers to promote organic production and consumption in Finland.
Dennis Hvam
Dennis Hvam is the International Market Director at Organic Denmark. With extensive experience in the international market development, he connects Danish producers with global buyers and stakeholders – promoting local organic growth through Danish best practices.
Charlotte Bladh André
Charlotte Bladh André is the CEO of Organic Sweden - a national platform that brings together stakeholders across the organic value chain. She is a strong advocate for sustainable food systems and works to promote organic production, consumption and policy in Sweden.
Anton Järild
Anton is a Communication Strategist at Organic Sweden with over seven years of experience in the food and retail sector. He specializes in strategic communication, behavioral change and sustainable food systems. He has also led initiatives like Eko-September, Mission Food Environment and Organic Export UK.
Michael Bracké
Michel Bracké is a senior executive, strategic advisor and experienced board member with nearly two decades of CEO experience across public and private companies. He is the founder of A Better Future AB and a Venture Partner at Beyond Impact Fund - focusing on plant-based innovation and food-tech.
Panagiotis Papadopoulos
Panagiotis Papadopoulos is an agronomist with over 25 years of experience in organic agriculture - specializing in product certification, consulting and farmer training. He co-founded the Open Farm network - which supports education, networking and the promotion of agri-food and agritourism projects. He is also a member of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece (GEOTEE) and the Agroecological Network of Greece (Agroecology Greece).
Sofia Andrén
Sofia Andrén has over 25 years of experience in store design, interior concepts and retail branding. Passionate about creating engaging customer experiences, she helps businesses design inspiring, cohesive spaces that put both the brand and customer at the center.
Kari Marte Sjøvik
Kari Marte Sjøvik is the Managing Director of Organic Norway, with a Master’s in Agronomy from NMBU and a background in biology and botany from the University of Oslo, giving her deep expertise in organic agriculture and biodiversity. She is also a board member of Norsk Gardsost (the Norwegian Farmhouse Cheese Association).
Mary Allen
Mary is the Founder & President of Natural Brand Works LLC and a seasoned consultant specializing in international trade, export assistance and brand development. She serves as the North American Sales Agent for major natural and organic trade shows across Europe and Australia.
Cressida Langlands
Part of the Free from Food Awards team since 2008, Cressida is now the CEO and believes passionately that people with food hypersensitivities should be able to feel confident in free from manufacturing processes and easily identify safe foods and drinks.
