Nordic Choice Hotels recruits to personalize the guest journey through data, analytics and insight

Nordic Choice Hotels has been looking beyond national borders for a global player to accelerate its data-driven way of working, with a focus on the guest journey and guest satisfaction. The role ultimately fell to Dianne Robillos, who in December assumed the new position as VP Personalization, Data & Insights.

Dianne most recently comes from a similar role at Qatar Airways where she enabled the organization become more data-driven. Now she will implement the same change at Nordic Choice Hotels to give guests a better, more personal experience.

In her role, Dianne will be responsible for setting and developing the strategy around a data-driven way of working, personalization and analytics. The goal is to increase guest satisfaction and to increase sales in the group's own channels.

- Dianne's long and impressive experience in developing a data-driven way of working will certainly be a key competence for us going forward when we have to develop our offer to our guests. Her ability to both analyze and come up with insights, for example around the roughly 2 million members we have in the Nordic Choice Club, will really be able to contribute to the next step in our strategy going forward, says Carl Olsberg, CEO at eBerry, part of Nordic Choice Hotels.

eBerry has also internally recruited Nils Korsvoll in the autumn to the role of VP Customer Journey & Product Development and will strengthen the team with another person in the role as VP Marketing & Digital Sales.
