The exhibition showcases some of Volvo’s most iconic racing vehicles, historic milestones, and a number of the many individuals who have shaped the world of motorsport. It’s a unique opportunity to get up close to the vehicles and stories that have taken the brand from Swedish country roads to international racetracks.

“It’s not widely known that motorsport has played an important role in Volvo’s history, both in terms of technological development and in shaping the brand itself. With this exhibition, we want to offer our visitors a unique 360-experience and a chance to feel the passion and expertise behind every racing car,” says Viktoria Wallner, Chief Experience Officer at World of Volvo.

The motorsport exhibition is part of the larger showcase and is open daily throughout the summer. It will shift into another gear with new additions being launched after the summer.

Children’s Traffic School – with electric Volvo vehicles
Daily throughout the summer
Children aged 6–12 can learn traffic rules in a fun and interactive way, in a realistic traffic environment with roundabouts, pedestrian crossings, and intersections.

Freeskillers – World-Class Freestyle Football
July 16–17
Street football stars will perform spectacular tricks, challenge the audience in panna matches, and put on a show that amazes both kids and adults.

Family Show with Bohuslän Big Band: Our Wonderful World
August 17
A humorous and groovy musical show featuring sketches and songs about the wonders of the world, inventions, and adventures – perfect for curious children (and adults).
