World of Volvo’s initiative for families: Winter break activities for everyone

Winter break is approaching! A week offering families the chance to spend time together doing fun activities. During week 7, World of Volvo invites you to this year’s second edition of the popular FamilyFun concept. A week filled with playful, exciting and educational family activities – all completely free of charge. From Monday to Saturday during winter break, visitors can enjoy everything from action-packed competitions to spectacular performances focused on movement and health.

The winter break edition of FamilyFun will resemble previous initiatives, with a strong emphasis on play, learning, and entertainment. However, this time the focus will be on movement and health – with activities such as dance, circus performances and pulse-raising competitions for visitors to try. The aim behind the initiative is to ensure that all children and families, regardless of their circumstances, have the opportunity to have fun, play and stay active during the break.

– For some families, the winter break is associated with sunny holidays or skiing trips, but that’s certainly not the reality for everyone. With FamilyFun, we want to create a space where everyone can enjoy movement and togetherness, says Ola Grönberg, Program Manager at World of Volvo.

– World of Volvo is a meeting place for all generations, and one of our goals is to fill the venue with a variety of programmes throughout the year. Our popular FamilyFun initiative contributes to creating an inclusive and creative environment where children and families can discover the joy of meeting others and being active together. We’re very pleased to once again offer a week full of fun and inspiring activities.
