A new customer brought their Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft to AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC Aerospace’s team performed a registration change of the aircraft before redelivering it to the private owner.
In mid-September, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, performed out-of-phase tasks on a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy during downtime in Ankara. A team was sent to Ankara-Esenboğa Airport where they conducted a 2-month inspection supported by a portable water sterilization system.
In mid-September, AMAC Aerospace welcomed a new customer’s Boeing B737 to the hangar in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC Aerospace’s technicians performed B2 and B3 inspections, as well as out-of-phase tasks on the aircraft. Before being released, two nose wheels were also changed.
In mid-September, AMAC Aerospace’s technicians in Basel, Switzerland, completed maintenance on two Gulfstream G550 aircraft.
AMAC Aerospace was happy to welcome back a long standing customer’s Gulfstream GV for an annual inspection. AMAC Aerospace’s skilled Gulfstream team also replaced the aircraft's exterior lights and fire extinguisher.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul’s experts completed several out-of-phase airframe, component and engine tasks on a Dassault Falcon 900DX.
At the end of August, AMAC Aerospace redelivered a Bombardier Global 6000 to a long term customer. The aircraft underwent 15-month, 500-, 1’000-, and 1’500-flight-hour inspections at AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland.
At the end of September, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, redelivered a privately owned Boeing B737-700IGW after completed a 12-year inspection. For the check, the entire cabin had to be removed and reinstalled. The scope of work also included a full dry area inspection and necessary structural repairs.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have completed a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) of a Gulfstream G550. The inspection took place at AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland.
One of AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s loyal customers brought their Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft to Istanbul for base maintenance. The aircraft underwent a 24-month and 3B inspection.
A Bombardier Global Express XRS underwent due maintenance at AMAC Aerospace’s facility in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC Aerospace’s team rectified issues with the aircraft’s windshield and satcom, as well as some cabin defects.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have redelivered 2x Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft after out-of-phase maintenance at the hangar in Istanbul at the beginning of September.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have completed a major repair of stringer cracks on a Boeing B747-8i at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland. The cracks were found across the aircraft fuselage during a maintenance check.

AMAC Aerospace recently completed a pre-purchase inspection of a Bombardier Challenger 604 at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland. A detailed report was provided to the aircraft buyer, and the aircraft changed owners.
In August, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed a Dassault Falcon 8X from a long term customer of the AMAC Aerospace Group of Companies. AMAC Aerospace already support this customer with base maintenance in Basel, Bodrum and Auch and now also with Dassault Falcon aircraft in Istanbul.
GAMIT Ltd (an AMAC Aerospace Company), based in Stansted, UK has been awarded a five year contract to digitize the technical records of European Cargo’s fleet using the aerospace industry leading software produced by GAMIT called ROAM (Records Online Asset Management) which is a digital records management solution.

JCB Aero proudly celebrates the first anniversary of its Part 145 approval for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operation. Since the new capability was launched, over 20 maintenance projects have been successfully completed by the company, while their established production of airline equipment has continued.
