Following last year's lease extension of approximately 1,400 sqm of office space at Leidseveer 2–12 in Utrecht, Haskoning Nederland BV has now further expanded its presence in the building by leasing an additional 1,000 sqm from Aroundtown. The international engineering and consulting firm specialises in sustainable infrastructure, industrial and development projects, and water-related projects, among others. The extension underlines the property’s attractiveness as a modern office location in a central setting and confirms the continued demand for well-connected, flexible working environments in urban areas.

Na de verlenging van de huurovereenkomst voor circa 1.400 m² kantoorruimte aan de Leidseveer 2–12 in Utrecht vorig jaar, heeft Haskoning Nederland BV zijn aanwezigheid in het gebouw verder uitgebreid met de huur van nog eens 1.000 m² van Aroundtown.
