    Tuore tilasto: yli 600 000 suomalaista vieraili Espanjassa viime vuonna

    Vuonna 2024 Espanjassa vieraili 608 825 suomalaista, mikä on 3 % enemmän kuin edellisvuonna. Suosituimpia alueita ovat Kanariansaaret ja Andalusia, mutta myös esimerkiksi Baskimaa ja Galicia kasvattavat suosiotaan. Keskimääräinen kulutus matkoilla on kasvussa, ja hotellit ovat edelleen suosituin majoitusmuoto. Vaikka omatoimimatkat ovat yleisiä, matkanjärjestäjillä on yhä tärkeä rooli.

Andalusia houkuttelee eniten (76%). Tärkeimpiä kriteereitä ovat sää, turvallisuus ja laadukkaat kentät. Golfmatkan keskihinta on noussut 2073 euroon, mutta kysyntä pysyy korkeana – 89% suunnittelee golfmatkaa seuraavan vuoden aikana.
