A new module allows the sofa to be built in angled formations and a digital configurator makes it easier to create your own unique solutions.

50 years ago, Danish architect and designer Verner Panton created the ground-breaking interior design for the German publishing house Der Spiegel in Hamburg. In collaboration with the Panton family, Offecct now has the privilege to re-edit the acoustic Spiegel Panel true to the original design.

Offecct’s stand for Stockholm Furniture Fair 2020 has been created by Staffan Holm, one of Sweden’s best-known designers, who was recently named Designer of the Year in Residence Magazine’s Stora Formpris Award. With warm materials and Japanese influences, Staffan has designed a place for inspiring meetings, which will serve as a calm oasis what is otherwise a hectic environment at the fair.

Since Offecct became a part of Norway-based corporation Flokk, the design-oriented company has been given new opportunities to evolve. The new setup was finalised in August this year, with Maria Olofsson Karemyr as Brand Manager and Tobias Strålman as Design Lead. Together they will continue to develop products with a high degree of innovation on the planet’s terms.

Från och med den 6 maj 2019 arbetar Anders Englund vidare med Offeccts strategiska designarbete i Flokk Design Council.

Font by Swedish designer Matti Klenell is a sofa system that has been developed for the new interior of Nationalmuseum, Sweden’s leading museum for art and design. Font is modern furniture for public interiors that will carry a part of the museum’s history with it as it reaches out to the international market.
Kurt Tingdal, grundare av Offecct AB, startade företaget 1990, tillsammans med Anders Englund. Nu väljer Kurt att från årsskiftet 2019 lämna plats till en ny ansvarig som skall fortsätta utveckla verksamheten och produktionen i Tibro. Kurt Tingdal kommer att jobba kvar inom Offecct AB i rollen som "Senior Business Development Manager", med fokus på utveckling av projektförsäljning i Skandinavien.
