The Norway-UK Seafood Summit, organised by the Norwegian Seafood Council, returned to Fishmonger's Hall, London, on 27 February 2023, following a two-year break due to the pandemic. The Norwegian Seafood Council marked Norway Day in the UK by partnering with acclaimed Fish & Chip vendors for a mouth-watering celebration. The main event took place at Southwark Park, London, hosting one of the largest Norway Day celebrations outside Norway. The event was attended by Defence Minister Bjørn Arild Gram and Norwegian Ambassador Wegger Chr. Strømmen.
