The YNCOTY Finalist Mentor Day included an inspiring recipe showcase and product demonstration by Simon, all with a keen focus on the potential of responsibly sourced Norwegian cod.

The Norwegian Seafood Council marked Norway Day in the UK by partnering with acclaimed Fish & Chip vendors for a mouth-watering celebration. The main event took place at Southwark Park, London, hosting one of the largest Norway Day celebrations outside Norway.
